Daniel Dopps Memorial Dodge PRCA Rodeo
June 27 & 28, 2008 - Mountain Home, Idaho
OUR MISSION

Our mission is to provide an annual event that will generate funds
through the production of the Daniel Dopps Memorial PRCA Rodeo to
allow charitable and educational activities in our community. And to
provide established grounds where the community and the
surrounding area can come to together and enjoy family friendly
entertainment, all the while teaching our youth sportsmanship and to
educate the public to the benefits of our Western heritage.
As a Memorial Rodeo, the purpose of this rodeo is to raise money for
charitable donations within the community of Mountain Home, Elmore County
and the State of Idaho.  On an annual basis, the Rodeo Committee will
determine the amounts of the donations based on the proceeds generated by
ticket sales and sponsorships from that years' rodeo.  

The Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo Committee is an all-volunteer
organization.

In 2007, the Daniel Dopps Memorial Rodeo provided the opportunity for the
Mountain Home High School Boosters, the Optimist Ag Kids and American
Legion Post 101 David Hawk Howard Post to raise funds for their
organizations.  

Also, "Team Spudettes" were able to raise monies for the Susan G. Komen
Breast Cancer Foundation.
